Mohammad Imran Hossain
Mohammad Imran Hossain (Ansary) is an educator, journalist, and International Security Analyst. He completed his Master’s in National Security from New Jersey City University, USA and his bachelor’s degree Political Science from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is currently doing his Phd at Robert Morris University, USA.
For more than 18 years, he worked in the media and communications sector of Bangladesh in channels such as ETV, Diganta TV, Boishakhi Television,Tara Newz and, the Daily Somakal, etc.
Currently, Mr. Ansary is an adjunct faculty member for the State University of New York (SUNY). Democratization, peace, and security are the main areas of his work. He recently presented his paper on “Radicalization of South Asia and Its Impacts on Human Security” at the International Studies Association Global Conference of 2021. His column and comments are published in various national and international media outlets.
Mirza Galib is a research scientist in the field of natural science. He has obtained his undergraduate and master’s degree in applied chemistry from Dhaka University in Bangladesh.
He then moved to Canada for a Ph.D. degree from the University of Alberta in theoretical and computational chemistry. In his professional career, he worked in Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, and at the University of California, Berkeley.
Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at the department of Chemestry, Howard University, USA . He has published about 20 research articles in highly reputed peer-reviewed international journals. His research interest is in understanding the microscopic details of nature and exploiting that knowledge to design new materials and technology for the wellbeing and development of human civilization.
He is also involved and interested in promoting science education among the school and college students.
Maliha Gul moved to New York at the age of 5 and has completed her education in both public and private schools of New York.
She attended Stuyvesant High School, one of the top high schools in America, and graduated with a Regents Diploma with Honors.
Maliha then went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Fordham University and her Masters in Interdisciplinary Studies in Biological and Physical Sciences from Touro Medical College in New York City.
She has many years of experience both as a student and teaching in various capacities as a tutor and is passionate about science and education.
